Access

The Administrator has access to the Search & Release page which enables them to see a detailed messaging history for their terminal 

Search Rail Tagging and Release

Step 1: Click search menu

Step 2: Fill search criteria

  • Select "Date from" and  "Date to"  from the calendar. This is a mandatory field to search. Default to 1 week.

  • Select "Departure Terminal"  from the drop down.

  • Enter "Lloyds Number" if you know it.

  • Select "Rail Destination"  from the drop down.  

  • Enter "Voyage Number" if you know it.

  • Select "Message Type"  from the drop down.  

    • RELEASE - Release messages

    • TAG - Tag messages

    • ALL - Includes both tag and release messages

  • Select "Status"  from the drop down.  

    • TAG ACCEPTED- Tag message has been accepted by the terminal

    • TAG REJECTED - Tag message has been rejected by the terminal or 1-Stop

    • RELEASE ACCEPTED - Release message has been accepted by the terminal

    • RELEASE REJECTED - Release message has been rejected by the terminal or 1-Stop

    • SENT -Tag or release message sent to the terminal

    • CANCELLATION ACCEPTED - Cancellation request for Tag or release message accepted by terminal

    • CANCELLATION REJECTED - Cancellation request for Tag or release message rejected by terminal or 1-Stop

    • ALL - Includes all the above status

  • Enter "Container Numbers

Click "Search"  button.

Use the "Global filter" text box, if you want to further filter the search results.

Click on the Message Reference

Step 4: View the Reason for Rejection

Click on ‘click here’ under column ‘Response Description’
