As per Section 28 & 29 of the 1-Stop Terms & Conditions for issuing of an MSIC which you have accepted upon starting your application, It is an offence under the Regulations to not report the theft, loss or destruction of your MSIC and therefore must;

    1. Immediately notify 1-Stop on 1300 881 055 or emailing

    2. make a report, in the form of a statutory declaration, of the loss or destruction to 1-Stop within 7 days of becoming aware of the loss, or destruction; and

    3. If your MSIC has been stolen:

      1. make a report of the theft to the police; and

      2. supply a copy of a police report or other information issued by the police regarding the theft to 1-Stop within 7 days of becoming aware of the theft.


You can apply for a replacement at any time by clicking on Replace card from the Home page 



Or if you have logged into your account, just click on 'Replace card' link from the side menu 


This will bring up the following page. When you have read the overview and ready to proceed with the replacement, just click on 'Apply now' 


Fill out the Request Replacement form by selecting the reason for replacing your card and the post office where you will collect your card.

Ensure that your contact and postal address are up to date.

Once you have done this, click on 'Submit request'.


After submitting the request, just follow the instructions as shown on the screen.

In summary, you will be required to pay (or your company/site admin to pay), fill out a statutory declaration, provide supporting documents (if required) and mail it all to our mailing address.
