There are two ways you can register to use Train Consist.

Before you can begin using the Train Consist application, as a web user or an EDI user, an authorised person from your company must contact the 1-Stop Helpdesk via email  or phone (1300 881 055) to request access. 

Set up your account 

Please prepare the following details before contacting the helpdesk

-       Company Name & ABN,

-       Employee name & Contact Details

Additionally, you will need to provide the following details to 1-Stop in order to setup the account for you for the application. 


Train Origins - Places where your trains are leaving from. e.g, Your facilities

Train Destinations - Places where your trains are going to, e.g, Ports and Terminals

FacilitiesIf you are managing more than one facility, give us the details. We will be able to configure separate logins for them, if you wish.

List of your users who will access the application.

Response messagesIf you are using EDI messages to communicate train consist with 1-Stop, we can send a response message with validations outcome, i.e, PRA and cut off dates. Please provide email address(s) for the recipients of this response.


The 1-Stop Help desk will set-up the required details and will revert with further information.

It is the responsibility of the terminal operator or rail operator organisation to inform the 1-Stop Help desk in writing if the employee ceases to be employed by the company or terminal, so access can be repealed.
