The 1-Stop train application allows you to submit train consist messages to terminals on the web or via EDI.

The purpose of the train consist message is to advise the terminals of the arrival of an impending train and other related details such as wagons and containers on the train as well as the exact train configuration. It is expected that users will comply with the business rules of submitting the relevant Pre-Receival Advices (PRAs) for the containers on the train. Otherwise, PRA has not been submitted and accepted by the terminal, the container may not be unloaded in the terminal.

Web users of 1-Stop’s train application will have the flexibility of:-

  • editing existing messages,
  • cancelling messages,
  • creating copies of existing messages and
  • saving drafts for later submission.

These are discussed in detailed in the following sub sections of this user guide.
